Here is What's Happening at IBOtoolbox!

 The excitement is building as the IBO Development Team gets closer to releasing IBOtoolbox Version 3. The team is working around the clock to wrap up and release this new version! We are getting so close! Here's what has been shared with the members:
Estimated time to Beta Testing - 2 weeks
Estimated time to release IBO3 - 3 weeks
Additionally, the Team announced that they will be releasing a PR that has more "features" information. In the meantime, the team has leaked out just a few screenshots to reveal a few of the new features to be released. Click HERE to see!

Where is the Spirit? - Training by IBOtoolbox Member Micky Gramlin
|
 Everyone may feel they have a justified reason when self destructing. Right or wrong, imagined or real, as we have seen lately... it causes a division amongst us because the individual(s) feel more important than their overall support of the team.
The team, meaning admin and associates because all are affected by the negative remarks and then a "No Win" situation prevails. We must all think before we react. Granted, the admin is not perfect... but then neither are we.
IBO does not owe any of us success... yet, they give us more than any platform out there the means to be successful. I'm not going to list all of the free perks we get, but there are plenty and no other platform comes close.
All are important keys to our success as business owners and IMs, so the support of IBO to their members is not in question. Instead the criticism seems to be number one, the fact that IBO3 has not been rolled out.
SO WHAT?
What we have right now is working just fine. Sure it is not perfect...but again, neither are we. There's always room for improvement in any platform, as well as in any business. How about your business?
Shall we put everyone here under the microscope? Any volunteers? Who needs to work when we can all act like our do nothing politicians and just point fingers right?
Where is everyone finding the time to complain? I don't have time to complain which actually makes me happy. That means business is good. It also means the work I put into IBO daily is paying off by participating, reading and commenting on others PRs and videos, publishing my PRs and my advertising here.
Because I am here on this platform so much of the day, I drive all my traffic to here first, then to my websites and Blogs. Why do I do that? Look at the traffic that comes through IBO then compare that to the amount of traffic on your Blog or website... how close are you to that amount of traffic and how much are you paying to get it? FREE is sometimes good.
Second. Commissions not being paid. I'm not owed any but I understand if a lot of money is owed to you. Myself, I think IBO pays out too much cash on commission and for all of our well being there should be a change of the amount paid out. Invest the monies back into the platform itself and improve the support system by hiring help. This will take care of the third complaint.
In conclusion, we all need to turn inward and count our blessings and compare the good and the bad before the criticism is continued here at IBO.
Then step back for a moment and ask yourself if you could measure up to your own expectations of IBO.
Practice patience and set the example for those coming on board because it will all come back to you. Let's all get beyond ourselves.

Banners, Graphics, and More...
|
Creating a banner graphic can be a little more challenging than putting some words and images together. You have about 5 seconds to grab attention and above all, make sure it gets clicked before "digital distraction" kicks in. Designing an effective banner takes creativity and experience. Here are my top 3 traits of an effective banner graphic:
1. Know your audience! This will help you to determine the right text, graphics and color scheme to use.
2. Image Type - when selecting images, it is best to use a "PNG" image. This format was specifically designed for the web. This image format saves color information more efficiently and also supports a transparent background enabling you to do a lot more with the image such as shadowing, outlining and other effects. Using PNG images can make your banner graphic "POP" drawing more attention!
3. Make your call to action stand out! Be as direct and clear as possible making it simple for them to know what it is that you want them to do. Example: if you want them to visit your website, have a button on your banner that says "Click Here".
