IBOtoolbox Dashboard Overview - Training
|
 When you first log into IBOtoolbox, you will arrive at the Dashboard. This is an informational area that houses announcements such as important updates and information from Admin. It's important that each time you log in, you review this area.
Below the Annoucements, you will see a cards, broken down into 3 sections.
Basic Account Status:
These cards will show you how many credits, IBO associates and ads running you have. You will also notice that each card will tell you if action is required on your behalf. If action is required, it will tell you what that action is at the bottom of the card.
Expirations & Limitations:
The cards will let you know when your IBO Premier and Club IBO memberships expire as well as how much space you have used/left in your Image Locker.
Account Level Review:
This card is going to show how many stars you have and will mark the areas red that you have to work on to earn the star.
My Profile Visitors:
This where you will see your daily, weekly and monthly visitor stats.
IBOtoolbox also gives you a review of your account, profile, and recent activities to ensure your success! This review is located under the cards. How cool is that!

 Hover over any icon or hot link at IBOtoolbox to see what it does. When you do that, its function will display at the top middle of the screen. Example - if you hover over the envelope at the top right of the wall, it will display view messages at the top middle of the page. If you hover over IBO Tools under the main menu, it will display IBO Tools and Apps at the top middle of the page.

Banners, Graphics, and More...
|
Web banner ad graphics are used as a visual with the intent to drive traffic by linking to the advertiser's website. There are two common types of banner ad graphics that you can use here at IBOtoolbox - static or animated.
Static banners are "single frame" banners comprised of images along with a strong message. This message is your "headline" simply stating your call to action - why your visitor should want to know more. Following your headline should be an action request such as "click here", "learn more" etc. For static banners to perform well, you need to make sure that your message is clear and to the point (5-10 words maximum), make sure your image is appealing and in general, there is not extra or unnecessary ad copy.
Animated banners are "rotating frame" banners usually comprised of no more than 3 frames. Usually the first and second frame would be your call to action; so you would break up the text you had on your static banner - helping build up curiousity. Your third frame would be your action request.
Both types of banners work well and will deliver results if designed using images and colors to quickly grab the attention of your visitors. As far as your headline goes, remember less wording is always better!
