Have you ever on wondered why you are no one is clicking on your banner or your click through rate is very low? Here are a few reasons why:
1. You are advertising to the wrong audience. This is pretty self-explanatory, however if your banner ad is about classes on auto mechanics, IBOtoolbox is probably the wrong place to run that banner ad.
